1) Genome diversity and functional diversity of gene regulation mechanisms.
2) Evolutionary diversity of brain.
3) Genetic diversity of ancient genome.

- [2010.04.19.-24.] Yada(D1) parteicipated in the Japan-Korea-China Bioinformatics Training Course and Symposium at the Shanghai Institutes of Biological Sciences
